At Uyir Unavu, we value your satisfaction. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
1. Returns Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The request is made within 7 days of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- You can provide proof of purchase (invoice or order ID)
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used edible/perishable products
- Custom or bulk orders
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
3. Return Process

Please include:
- Your order ID
- Reason for return
- Photos of the product (if applicable)
After approval:
You must ship the product to the return address provided.
Shipping charges will be your responsibility unless the item delivered was defective or incorrect.
4. Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except when the issue was caused by us (e.g., wrong or defective item).
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is:
- Damaged
- Expired
- Incorrect
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will arrange:
- A replacement or
- A full refund
at no additional cost to you.
